- A specific antibody for myasthenia gravis. Positive in about 90% of patients with generalised disease and in 75% of patients with only ocular symptoms. The level of antibody is not an index of disease severity.
- Serial measurements not helpful.
-  Test performed at Neuroimmunology Lab, Glasgow.
