• Tests for Scl-70, CENTP A, CENTP B, RP11 and RP155 (RNA polymerase III subunits), Fibrillarin, NOR90, Th/To, PM-SCL100, PM-SCL75, Ku, PDGFR (platelet derived growth factor receptor) and Ro-52.
• Test performed by Immunology, North Bristol NHS Trust.

Clotted blood.

5ml Gold-top SST tube or 3.5ml Rust-top gel tube (Trust users only)

1ml serum Sample
