Temporary catering arrangements at Fosters Restaurant over the August bank holiday weekend
Essential electrical works as part of the ongoing refurbishment of Fosters Restaurant will require the restaurant to temporarily close from 6:30pm on Friday 28 August until 8am on Monday 31 August.
To ensure refreshments remain available during this period, a temporary takeaway catering service will operate from the Fosters vending area between 8am and 2:30pm each day.

A reduced takeaway menu will be available throughout the weekend, including:

Sausage bap, bacon bap, plant-based sausage bap, pain au chocolate, and cooked sausage rolls from phat (all served from the hot counter unit). Chefs will prepare the breakfast baps, and Retail staff will transport and serve them from the Vending Room. |

Pie in a bap. Pie options include: • Pie minister Steak & Peppercorn Pie Bap • Pie minister Chicken Tikka Pie Bap • Phat Cauliflower & Spinach Balti Pie Bap Jacket potatoes (all served from the hot counter unit). |

Tiffin sandwiches, boxed salads with pots of chicken, cheese, and tuna (prepared by Sabina). |

Existing vending machines will remain available and will be restocked regularly throughout the day.

Please note:
- Fosters Restaurant and its seating area will be closed throughout the works.
- The temporary catering service will be takeaway only.
- Limited outdoor seating will be available near Fosters.
- Card payments only will be accepted.
